OPERATING RULES
By registering an account to join the Ebila.AI system (excluding registering a user account and an Affiliate account), you acknowledge and understand that you have read and fully agree to the terms set out in this agreement.
The latest update (if any) will be posted here and Ebila.AI will not notify each customer individually, so please revisit this page frequently to get the latest policy updates.
Terms used
Ebila.AI is the intellectual product and property of VINMOC GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY;
"Customer" or "client(s)" or "you" refers to the buyer of the Service/Product.
"We" refers to VINMOC GROUP
"Product" refers to each "Topic" or "Package of topics" or "Investment strategy bulletin package".
"Investment" is understood as full payment for the Service/Product.
Agreement
1. Ebila.AI is one of our products. You agree to purchase Services/Products provided by Ebila.AI belonging to VINMOC GROUP.
2. You acknowledge and agree that you have read all the terms and conditions when participating in the Ebila.AI system and agree that when you open an account in this system, these are considered the terms and conditions of a Contract between us and you.
Personal account information and security.
3. Purpose and scope of collection
- To access and use certain services at Ebila.AI, you will be required to register personal information with us (Email, Full name, contact methods…). All declared (Registered) information must be accurate and lawful. We bear no responsibility for any legal or personal disputes you are involved in (regardless of country or territory) related to the declared information.
- We also collect information that your web browser provides each time you access Ebila.AI, including: IP address, browser type, language used, time, and addresses that the browser accesses.
4. You need to log in to the provided personal email to confirm the information. We will send account activation emails for Services/Products, promotional notifications, password reset confirmations, etc. to your email address. If the information you provide is inaccurate or incomplete, you are fully responsible for any incidents occurring with your account.
5. You agree that you have provided accurate information and are responsible under the laws of Vietnam and the territory where you live and work for this information. You agree to maintain and update customer information as required. You agree to allow us to store and use the customer information you provide to maintain this account for you.
6. You are responsible for safeguarding your password; if the password is exposed in any form, we will not be liable for any resulting losses.
7. All your personal information will be kept confidential by us and not disclosed. We do not sell or exchange this information with any third party. However, when required by competent authorities, Ebila.AI must provide this information in accordance with the law.
8. You can cancel your account or membership at any time even if the Service/Product usage period remains. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable and we do not refund or roll over any remaining subscription time or unused content.
9. Offers and promotions
From time to time, we offer promotional deals, Services/Products, or special memberships. Offer conditions are at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to revoke offers and suspend your account if we determine you are ineligible, without further explanation.
Offer requirements and other limits and conditions will be communicated when you register for an offer or via other communications we send you (SMS, Zalo, Email…).
10. Changes to fees and subscription packages
From time to time, we may change our product/service subscription packages. We will not notify you. Therefore, please ensure you log in and stay updated to learn of any pricing policy changes when you wish to renew the usage period of that Service/Product.
Non-Disclosure Agreement
11. You understand that you will be shared materials considered "trade secrets" and confidential in nature. You agree not to disclose any techniques or comments about the Services/Products, whatever they may be, to others via forums, notices, private letters, chat rooms, blogs, or at other programs. If you disclose any information about these Services/Products, you accept responsibility for damages and breach of contract and may be subject to civil action for damages. You may not record audio, video, or otherwise capture any part of the Services/Products in image/audio data.
12. You may not download videos or share videos on the Internet in any form. If violated, your account will be permanently locked and you will be responsible under the law for infringing our intellectual property rights.
Behavioral rules: Prohibited actions when using the service
13. Using any tools or methods to interfere with the Services/Products in the Ebila.AI system.
14. Account sharing: if two or more people share one account, upon detection the account will be deleted immediately. Each account may log in on two devices only. If you violate this, the account will be permanently locked without further explanation.
15. Impersonating or intentionally making others think you are a person within the Ebila.AI service system.
16. Actions or attitudes that damage the reputation of Services/Products in the Ebila.AI system in any form or method.
17. Buying/selling or transferring accounts and Services/Products.
18. Impersonating Ebila.AI to affect our reputation, causing confusion for customers/participants and partners by any means (using email addresses, domains, fanpages containing the word Ebila...)
19. Upon detecting such actions from your account, we reserve the right to revoke all related benefits (including account locking) or use the information you provided when registering to transfer to competent authorities for resolution per the law.
No guarantee
20. You acknowledge that you voluntarily registered to purchase Services/Products and understand that the effectiveness of using the Services/Products provided to customers depends on many factors, not just those controlled by us. Therefore, results will vary for each customer.
21. You agree and acknowledge: Services/Products we provide are the result of our intellect and real-world experience. Our individual and organizational products belong to our organization. Our results and achievements do not mean you will achieve the same. Therefore, always ensure you have researched thoroughly and consulted before making your decision and take full responsibility for it.
Time, location
22. By this registration form (Registration page), you confirm that you have provided sufficient contact information and email address. We are not responsible for delays in your participation when the account is valid/expired or not receiving program updates due to you providing an incorrect email address or contact information.
23. With your Investment, you will be provided 01 online member account with our confirmation and be allowed to participate in the registered Service/Product after payment.
24. By joining our system, you will receive support (for account-related issues such as: login, password, how to use) from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM daily, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays per the regulations of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (We will notify this on Ebila.AI).
25. The usage time of Services/Products on Ebila.AI follows the time stated on the Service/Product you registered and paid for, from the activation date.
Consent
26. You confirm you agree to let us contact you by phone, email, SMS, and other forms you provided regarding purchasing services/products and future opportunities. You agree your email is stored in our list for notifications of new services/products we provide.
27. Your payment for participating in the Ebila.AI service system will not be reserved, refunded, or canceled, and we will not bear any responsibility if the reason arises from you, such as: not using during the validity period, not participating, or unilaterally canceling the Service/Product...
Limitation of liability
28. We are exempt from all responsibilities related to using your information to provide services.
29. We are not responsible for any matters related to services provided beyond the scope of providing the Service/Product.
30. Registering an account to participate in Service/Product consultation on Ebila.AI indicates you have thoroughly researched the information and materials related to the Service/Product and commit to having no claims related to the services/products we have provided.
31. Ebila.AI is not responsible for any loss of profit, revenue, business, reputation, opportunity, loss of use, or other visible or unforeseen losses, or any special costs incurred by you.
Rights and responsibilities of the Ebila.AI Management Board
- Register to establish an online service website as regulated
- Comply with the Commercial Law and related legal regulations on promotion activities and protection of customers' personal information.
- Ensure the safety and security of customers' payment transactions; handle complaints if payment information via the e-commerce website is altered, deleted, destroyed, copied, disclosed, illegally moved, or appropriated causing damage to customers.
- Fully publish required content in each Service/Product information and promotions posted on the website.
- Develop and publish on the website operating regulations in compliance with regulations.
- Register with the Ministry of Industry and Trade for applications providing e-commerce services as regulated.
- Apply necessary measures to ensure the safety of information related to trade secrets of organizations, individuals, and consumers' personal information.
- Provide information and support state management agencies in investigating business violations using the application.
- Provide information about our business situation at the request of competent state agencies to serve e-commerce statistics, inspection, and handling of violations.
- Prevent and remove from the website information on goods/services on the list of prohibited or restricted business items as regulated by law.
- Remove from the website information that violates intellectual property rights and other illegal services when discovered or upon receiving substantiated reports about such information.
- Be responsible for providing accurate information on the website to help users make proper judgments to protect their interests. If users' interests are infringed by information provided by Ebila.AI, Ebila.AI will clarify the cause and hold related parties accountable. If damages arise, Ebila.AI will consider the actual situation and coordinate with related parties to compensate users accordingly if the incident is due to Ebila.AI’s fault.
