Payment policy
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. You will pay us the product purchase fee using your account on Ebila.AI when you want to use the Service/Product. The fee is a one-time payment when you click to purchase the Service/Product—without delay, deductions, or refunds.
2. Payments under this Agreement must follow the payment methods specified in each Service/Product’s specific form.
3. You acknowledge and agree that this cost is the fee to purchase the Service/Product you selected and decided to pay for, provided by VINMOC GROUP on Ebila.AI. The Service/Product pricing information includes:
- Unit price of the Service/Product
- VAT.
- Card and payment gateway fees.
No other additional fees included.
4. Payment methods
When registering for a Service/Product, customers may pay via:
Online payment using bank cards (domestic ATM or international cards) available on the website.
- Online payment via ATM card – E-Banking
To pay using a domestic ATM card, customers need to register for Internet Banking with their bank. Ebila.AI supports and accepts payments from most banks in Vietnam.
After filling in purchase information and clicking Complete order, the system will redirect to Onepay for you to enter your card details. The Service/Product will be activated immediately after a successful payment.
- Online payment via international Visa/Mastercard
International card fees are set by the issuing bank; cardholders should confirm details with their bank. Other than international card fees, the remaining payment steps are similar.
After entering the Service/Product purchase details and clicking Complete, the system will redirect to Onepay for you to enter your card details. The Service/Product will be activated immediately after a successful payment.
- Bank transfer
When making a transfer, you need to provide information confirming successful payment for the Service/Product to have your account activated.
- Payment via Appstore / E-wallet
Payments through iOS or Android app stores may incur relatively high fees (not recommended).
5. If payment for the next billing cycle of your current Service/Product package fails or for any other reason, we will temporarily suspend your access until payment for the next cycle is successfully made.
6. Some Services/Products may have other conditions and limits and will be updated directly on the Service/Product. You can see details by logging into your member account and clicking the Service/Product you registered.
7. You can cancel your account or membership at any time, even if the Service/Product usage period remains. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable, and we do not refund or roll over any remaining time of your subscription period for any unused content.
8. Offers and promotions.
From time to time, we offer promotional deals, Services/Products, or special memberships. Offer conditions are at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to revoke offers and suspend your account if we determine you are ineligible, without further explanation.
Requirements, limits, and other conditions for offers will be communicated when you register for an offer or through other communications we send you (SMS, Zalo, Email…).
9. Changes to fees and subscription packages.
From time to time, we may change our product/service subscription packages. We will not notify you. Therefore, please ensure you log in and stay updated to learn of any pricing policy changes when you want to renew the usage period of that Service/Product.
