TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OPENING AN ACCOUNT
Agreement
1. Ebila.AI is a product of VINMOC GROUP. You agree to purchase Services/Products provided by Ebila.AI belonging to VINMOC GROUP.
2. You acknowledge and agree that you have read all the terms and conditions when participating in the Ebila.AI system and agree that when you open an account in this system, these are considered the terms and conditions of a Contract between us and you.
Personal account information and security.
3. Purpose and scope of collection
- To access and use certain services at Ebila.AI, you will be required to register personal information with us (email, full name, contact methods…). All declared (Registered) information must be accurate and lawful. We bear no responsibility for any legal or personal disputes you are involved in (regardless of country or territory) related to the declared information.
- When successfully registering an account on Ebila.AI, you should remember your username and password to purchase Services/Products and use purchased products (if any) on our site.
- We also collect information that your Web browser provides each time you access Ebila.AI, including: IP address, browser type, language used, time, and addresses accessed by the browser.
4. Scope of information use
Ebila.AI collects and uses your personal information for appropriate purposes and strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions.
When necessary, we may use this information to contact you directly via: Email, purchase orders, thank-you letters, SMS, or the contact channels you provided for technical and security information.
5. Information retention period
Your personal data will be stored until deletion is requested, or until a member logs in and deletes it. Otherwise, personal information will be kept securely on Ebila.AI servers.

You can edit your registered account information in the "Settings" section of your account.

For prompt support, please provide accurate information: Full name, Email, Phone number to our customer care team.
9. Email verification
You need to log in to the personal email provided to confirm your information. We will send account activation emails for Services/Products, promotional notifications, password reset confirmations, etc. to your email address. If the information you provide is inaccurate or incomplete, you are fully responsible for any incidents occurring with your account.
10. Customer responsibilities
You agree that you have provided accurate information and are responsible under the laws of Vietnam and the territory where you live and work for this information. You agree to maintain and update customer information as required. You agree to allow us to store and use the customer information you provide to maintain this account for you.
11. Password security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password; if the password is exposed in any form, we will not be liable for any resulting losses.

- Competent Legal Authorities of Vietnam.
