Please read all the following terms and agreements carefully before proceeding with the next steps in our system.

By registering an account on the Ebila.AI system (including both user and Affiliate accounts), you acknowledge and understand that you have read and totally agreed to all the terms outlined in this Terms and Conditions agreement.

The latest updates (if any) will be posted here, and Ebila.AI will not notify each user individually. Therefore, please revisit this page regularly to stay informed about the most recent policies.

GENERAL TERMS

Terminology Used

‘Customer’, ‘you’, or ‘clients’ refers to any individual purchasing a Package/Service/Product/Seminar.

‘We’ refers to the VINMOC Group, including VINMOC Group Joint Stock Company and/or VINMOC Consulting Household Business.

‘Product’ refers to each individual ‘Module’, a ‘Package of Modules’, or an 'Investment Strategy Newsletter Package’.

‘Investment’ refers to the full payment made for a Package/Service/Product.

Agreement

1. Ebila.AI is one of our products. You agree to purchase the Services/Products provided by Ebila.AI, which belongs to VINMOC Consulting.

2. You acknowledge and agree that you have read all the terms and conditions when joining the Ebila.AI system, and you further agree that by proceeding with any next step within this system, it shall constitute the contractual terms and conditions of an Agreement between you and us.

Personal Account Information and Privacy

3. Purpose and Scope of Data Collection

  • To access and use certain services on Ebila.AI, you will be required to register your personal information with us (such as email, full name, contact phone number, etc.). All information provided must be accurate and lawful. We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from false or illegal information submitted.
  • Upon successful account registration on Ebila.AI, you are responsible for remembering your username and password, which are required for purchasing and accessing products (if any) on our platform.
  • We also collect information sent by your web browser each time you visit Ebila.AI, including: IP address, browser type, language settings, access time, and the addresses accessed by your browser.

4. Scope of Information Use

  • Ebila.AI collects and uses your personal information for appropriate purposes and strictly adheres to the contents of this Privacy Policy.
  • When necessary, we may use this information to contact you directly through various methods, such as: sending invitation letters, order confirmations, thank-you notes, SMS messages, technical updates, and security notices.

5. Duration of Information Retention

  • Personal data of members will be retained until a request for deletion is made. In all other cases, members' personal information will be securely stored on Ebila.AI’s servers.

7. Tools and Means for Customers to Access and Edit Personal Data

  • You can edit your registered account information directly in the “Settings” section of your account.

8. To receive prompt and timely support, you are required to provide accurate information including your full name, email, and phone number to our customer service team.

9. You must log in to the personal email address you have provided to confirm your information. We will send important communications such as account activation links, promotional offers, password reset confirmations, etc., to this email. If the information you provide is inaccurate or incomplete, you will be solely responsible for any issues or damages arising from your account.

10. You agree that the information you have provided is accurate and you bear full legal responsibility for this information. You also agree to maintain and update your customer information as required. Furthermore, you authorize us to store and use the personal data you have provided for the purpose of managing and maintaining your account.

11. You are responsible for safeguarding your password. If your password is disclosed in any manner, we will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage.

12. All your personal information will be kept confidential and not disclosed. We do not sell or exchange your information with any third parties. However, in the event that such information is requested by competent authorities, Ebila is obliged to provide it in accordance with legal regulations.

Investment and Payment

14. You will pay the product fee via your account on Ebila.AI when choosing to use a Service/Product. This fee is a one-time payment made upon selecting to purchase and use the Service/Product, and is non-refundable, non-deductible, and must be paid without delay.

15. Payment under this Agreement must follow the payment methods specified in the respective product’s payment form.

16. You acknowledge and agree that this payment is the purchase fee for the Service/Product you have selected and chosen to pay for, provided by Ebila via the Ebila.AI website. It does not include any additional costs.

17. Our service/product registration fee, along with any other charges you may incur related to your use of the service/product—such as applicable taxes or transaction fees—will be charged to the specific payment method outlined in each service/product offering.

18. You may use various payment methods to access our services/products. If a payment for your current package is not successfully processed upon renewal due to expiration or other reasons, your access will be temporarily suspended until successful payment for the next billing cycle is made.

19. For certain payment methods, your payment provider may charge additional fees—such as foreign transaction fees or processing fees—which are outside our responsibility and not related to us.

20. Some services/products may have additional terms or restrictions, which will be updated directly on the service/product page. You can view specific details by logging into your member account and clicking on the respective registered service/product.

21. You may cancel your account or membership at any time, even if your product/service subscription period has not yet expired. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds or credit for any unused portion of the subscription period or unused content.

22. Promotions and Special Offers. From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounted service/product packages, or special memberships. The eligibility for such offers is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to revoke any offer and suspend your account if we determine you are not eligible, without further explanation. Eligibility requirements, offer conditions, and other limitations will be notified when you register for the offer or via other means of contacts we use (e.g., SMS, Zalo, Email, Telegram).

23. Changes to Pricing and Subscription Packages. We may, from time to time, revise our product/service subscription packages and fees. These changes may not be individually notified to you. Therefore, please make sure to stay logged in and up-to-date with our pricing policies before renewing your subscription.

24. If you wish to receive an invoice for a paid Service/Product, please send your invoice request to email support@vinmoc.com within 5 working days of your payment.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

25. You understand that you will be granted access to materials considered “trade secrets” and confidential in nature. You agree not to disclose any techniques, content, or commentary related to the Products/Services—regardless of form—to any third party through forums, announcements, personal messages, chat rooms, blogs, or at any other programs. If you disclose any information regarding these module packages/products/services, you will be held fully responsible for any resulting damages or breaches of this agreement and may be subject to civil litigation. You are strictly prohibited from recording, videotaping, or otherwise capturing any part of the Product/Service in any audio or visual format.

26. You are not permitted to download videos or share them on the internet in any form. Any violation will result in permanent suspension of your account, and you will be held legally liable for infringing upon our intellectual property rights.

Code of Conduct: Prohibited Uses of the Service

27. It is strictly forbidden to use any tools or methods to interfere with the services/products within the Ebila system.

28. Shared account usage: If more than one person uses the same account and such activity is detected, the account will be immediately deleted. Each account is only allowed to log in on up to two devices. Any violation may result in account suspension.

29. Impersonating or intentionally misleading others into believing you are a representative of Ebila or part of its service system.

30. Any actions or attitudes that harm the reputation of Ebila.AI's products, services, or modules in any form or by any means.

31. Selling or transferring accounts, services, or products is strictly prohibited.

32. Impersonating Ebila in a way that damages our reputation or causes confusion among customers/participants/partners by any means (e.g., using emails, domain names, fan pages containing the word ‘Ebila’).

33. If any of the above behaviors are detected from your account, we reserve the right to revoke all associated rights and benefits (including account suspension), or submit your registered information to the relevant authorities for resolution in accordance with the law.

Time and Location

36. By submitting this registration form, you confirm that you have provided us with accurate contact information and a valid email address. We are not responsible for any delays in your participation—whether your account is active or expired—or for any missed updates, if caused by incorrect or invalid email or contact details provided by you.

37. With your investment, you will receive an online account confirmed by us, which grants you access to the registered and paid service/product package.

38. By participating in our system, you are entitled to support from our team for account-related matters (such as login issues, password recovery, and usage guidance) during our working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays as prescribed by Vietnamese law.

39. The usage period of products/services on Ebila.AI is based on the duration specified in the package/service/product you registered and paid for, starting from the activation date.

Consent

40. You acknowledge and agree that we may contact you via phone, email, SMS, or other methods regarding your purchase of products/services and future opportunities. You agree that your email may be stored in our database for the purpose of notifying you about new services/products we may offer.

41. The payment you make to participate in Ebila's service system is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-cancellable. We are not liable for any unused service due to reasons on your part, such as failing to use the service during its valid period, not participating, or voluntarily canceling the service/module/product.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

42. We shall be exempt from all liabilities related to the use of your personal information in connection with the provision of our services.

43. We are not liable for any issues arising from services provided beyond the defined scope of our offered products/services.

44. By registering an account to access consultations/sharing sessions on Ebila.AI, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly reviewed the information and materials related to the service/product and agree not to file any complaints or claims regarding the services/products we have provided.

45. Ebila shall not be liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, reputation, opportunity, or usage rights, whether foreseeable or not, nor for any special damages or costs incurred by you in any form.
